Very proud day today – the law change I fought for to protect pensioners comes into force

A new law has now come into for which has been fought for to protect the thousands of people who move from Universal Credit to Pensions, prior to today they’d have 9 weeks without payments from either scheme and left so many vulnerable in dire need. 200,000 older people will be a total of £70m better off now thanks to this campaign.
