As you may have gathered, Mark’s website has been redesigned and relaunched within the last two months.

We’ve been testing the site over the past few days and weeks and all seems to be in full working order. This is Mark’s most comprehensive website for at least five years.

We’ve raided the archives of his first website and the news archive now stretches back to 2002 when Mark’s first website went online.

One of the new features of Mark’s brand new website is an RSS News Feed.

By subscribing you can get the latest news from Mark from Parliament and Alyn & Deeside straight into your email inbox as soon as it’s posted, meaning you’re kept bang up to date with the goings on. You can subscribe using this link or by clicking the RSS icon in the top header at any time.

The feature from Mark’s first website, ‘Parliament Uncovered‘ has been reproduced here for the first time since 2007. We hope it’s an informative read and helps you understand what exactly goes on within Parliament.

Brand new to the website are Mark’s Parliamentary Reports. These are in essence a newsletter from Mark about the latest news from Westminster and he produces these regularly.

The website now includes a photo gallery and new photos are being added to it all of the time.

If you have any ideas for the new website please don’t hesitate to contact us via the form on the Contact Page.

Q. Why is the site no longer listed on Google?
A. When the old website was removed, Google unlisted the website. As a result the new website has to move back up through the search engines but we’re hopeful the website will appear soon. It is currently however top of Yahoo, Bing and AltaVista search engines.

Q. Where are the Surgery Dates?
A. Mark holds regular advice surgeries with his colleague Carl Sargeant AM three times a month. The dates and venues can be found on the home page. He holds other surgeries throughout the year including roving surgeries. Details of those will be posted in the news.

Q. What are Mark’s Facebook  & Twitter profiles?
A. Mark is not on either Facebook or Twitter or any other social networking site. This website is his only official online presence. If you find any profiles saying they are Mark they are fake so please let us know about them ASAP so we can have them shut down. There IS a Facebook page that is a link to Mark’s Wikipedia profile but this is automatically produced by Facebook.
