Mark Attends NFU Dairy Summit

Mark Tami MP for Alyn and Deeside recently attended the National Farmers Union Dairy Summit in Westminster Hall.

The summit was an opportunity for dairy farmers to show their anger at the recent cuts that will have a huge impact upon their margins.

The conference highlighted that it is now cheaper to buy a bottle of water than it is to buy a pint of milk.

Mark Tami added, ‘The situation cannot continue, farmers need to be paid a fair price for their milk
