Mark Tami has hosted a broad based group of North Wales community organisers in Parliament.
The Labour MP invited members of Together Creating Communities (TCC) to meet with the Leader of the Opposition, Ed Miliband and Deputy Labour Leader Harriet Harmon, with whom they discussed the need for a Living Wage.
Mr Tami said: “I was delighted to host members of TCC in Parliament and to discuss a variety of issues on which we share the same passion.
“It was particularly pleasing to see members present from all North East Wales constituencies as there is a need to press the case for the Living Wage from every corner of the nation.”
During their visit to Parliament, TCC members were also given a guided tour of Westminster and met with other regional MPs, including Delyn's David Hanson, Wrexham’s Ian Lucas, Susan Elan Jones from Clwyd South and Chris Ruane from the Vale of Clwyd.
