Mark Reveals 2009 Christmas Card

Alyn and Deeside MP Mark Tami has revealed his 2009 Christmas card.

Mr Tami unveiled the design at a prize winning ceremony at Toyota Manufacturing UK.

Chelsea Miniski, from Buckley Southdown School, won the competition and will join Mark for a tour of Parliament in 2010.

He said: “This was an incredibly difficult competition to judge and with more than 3,000 entries it was the biggest to date.

“Chelsea’s design was beautiful and warm. It will be featured on 1,000 cards, which will go to a variety of groups and people, including the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown. I was hugesly impressed by the creativity of the schoolchildren and would like to thank everyone for taking part in the competition. I would also like to thank UPM Shotton Paper and Toyota Manufacturing UK for sponsoring the event. Without their support it would simply not be possible.”
